Try before you buy
Konstruct includes a generous free tier that lets you use the majority of core features at no cost. We encourage you to download the app, work with your own projects, and evaluate whether Konstruct fits your workflow before buying a license.
Because you can thoroughly test the product before purchase, we ask that you rely on the free tier — not a post-purchase refund — as your evaluation period.
Activated licenses are non-refundable
All sales of Konstruct licenses are final once a license has been activated. Activation binds the license to your use of the product and cannot be reversed.
For that reason, licenses, once activated, cannot be refunded, including partial refunds or credit toward a future purchase.
Month-to-month subscriptions
If you choose a paid subscription, Konstruct is offered on a month-to-month basis. You are not locked into a long-term contract.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Charges already paid for the current month are not refundable, consistent with the non-refund policy for activated licenses above.
What counts as activation
A license is considered activated when you apply or register it in the Konstruct application (for example, by adding your license file or entering a license key). From that point forward, the license is treated as used and is not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions only where required by applicable law (for example, mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction). If you believe a legal exception applies, contact us at sales@konstruct.dev with your order details.
